At Patta, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn apparel and footwear. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with all tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective container, ensuring the original shoe box or garment bag is not damaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
